Getting started

Clocky is designed to be simple and intuitive. Add the bot to your Discord server, run /checkin to start tracking your work time, and /checkout when you're done. View your statistics with /stats, compete on the leaderboard with /leaderboard, and take breaks with /break start.

Time Tracking

Track your work sessions with simple check-in and check-out commands. Clocky automatically calculates your total worked time and maintains a complete history of your sessions across all servers.

Break Management

Need a break? Use /break start to pause your session without checking out. Clocky tracks your breaks separately and excludes them from your total worked time.

Statistics & Analytics

View detailed statistics with /stats to see your total worked time for today, this week, this month, or all time. Filter by specific users or view your own progress over time.

Leaderboards

Compete with your teammates on server leaderboards. Rankings are based on total worked time and update in real-time. Opt-in to public leaderboards with /public or stay private by default.

Admin Controls

Server administrators can manually close stuck sessions with /admin-close-session, configure auto-close duration with /admin-set-autoclose, and manage deletion policies with dual-mode support (hard delete or soft delete with review).

GDPR Compliance

Full compliance with GDPR and privacy regulations. Users can export all their data with /data-export or permanently delete it with /data-delete. All database tables use Row Level Security (RLS) for data protection.

Pro tier offers unlimited users and 10 years retention. Lifetime tier offers unlimited everything plus API access, audit trail, and custom branding.

Automatic Session Management

Forgot to check out? No problem. Clocky automatically closes sessions after a configurable number of hours (default: 12). Administrators can customize this per-server.

Rate Limiting & Protection

Built-in rate limiting prevents abuse with per-user command cooldowns (5-30 seconds) and per-guild rate limits (60-300 commands/minute based on tier). Circuit breaker protection keeps the database healthy.
