Data Deletion
Clocky provides separate commands for deleting data in the current Discord server and across all servers. Read the confirmation carefully because the scopes are different.
Before deleting
- Run
/data-exportfirst if you want a personal copy. - Check that you selected the intended scope.
- Do not continue unless you understand that confirmed immediate deletion cannot be restored through Clocky.
Delete data from the current server
Run:
/data-delete current-server
If the server uses immediate handling, Clocky shows a warning button followed by a modal that requires you to type DELETE. Confirming removes your work and break records for that server.
If the server requires administrator review, Clocky creates a pending request instead and shows the request ID.
Delete data across all servers
Run:
/data-delete all-servers
This uses the immediate two-step confirmation flow and targets your Clocky profile, work sessions, and break sessions across servers. It does not follow an individual server's review setting.
Administrator review
On servers configured to require review, administrators can list and review pending requests with:
/admin-review-deletion-requests list
/admin-review-deletion-requests review request-id:123
The review UI presents the request and the actions currently available to that administrator. Clocky does not promise that a configured grace-period value creates an automatic cancellation window or scheduled deletion; rely on the result shown by the bot for the current request flow.
For a correction or dispute, email support@clockybot.com with your Discord user ID, server ID, and request ID. Do not send account credentials.
