Welcome to Clocky, the Discord bot that tracks work time through simple check-in and check-out commands. View statistics and server leaderboards, and manage personal data with export and deletion commands.

Getting started

Clocky is designed to be simple and intuitive. Add the bot to your Discord server, run /checkin to start tracking your work time, and /checkout when you're done. View your statistics with /stats, compete on the leaderboard with /leaderboard, and take breaks with /break start.

Core features

Time Tracking

Track your work sessions with simple check-in and check-out commands. Clocky calculates worked time and makes recorded sessions available within your server's reporting-history window.

Break Management

Need a break? Use /break start to pause your session without checking out. Clocky tracks your breaks separately and excludes them from your total worked time. Break tracking is a Premium feature (Premium, Pro, and Lifetime tiers).

Statistics & Analytics

View statistics with /stats across weekly, monthly, yearly, or all-time periods. Administrators can also request another server member's statistics.

Leaderboards

Compare worked time on server leaderboards. Members are visible by default and can hide themselves with /public visibility:off or become visible again with /public visibility:on.

Admin Controls

Server administrators can manually close stuck sessions with /admin-close-session, configure paid server settings in the dashboard, and configure how server-scoped deletion requests are reviewed.

Privacy Controls

Users can request a personal data export with /data-export and request deletion with /data-delete. Server administrators can configure review settings for server-scoped deletion requests. See the Privacy Policy for the current service description.

You can control your leaderboard visibility and request an export or deletion of your personal Clocky data using Discord commands.

Premium Features

Upgrade to Premium for up to 100 rolling-30-day active users, break tracking, projects, manager correction of completed sessions with recorded history, dashboard analytics and export, configurable server settings, and five years of reporting history. Pro adds unlimited active users and projects with ten years of reporting history. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with unlimited reporting history.

Automatic Session Management

Forgot to check out? No problem. Clocky automatically closes sessions after a configurable number of hours (default: 12). Administrators can customize this per-server.

Rate Limiting & Protection

Clocky applies per-user command cooldowns and per-server command rate limits. Limits range from 60 commands per minute on Free to 200 on Pro and Lifetime.
