Clocky has four public plans. Choose based on your server's rolling active-user count, project needs, and reporting-history window.

“Reporting history” is a reporting-access limit for statistics, analytics, exports, and completed-session correction. It is not a promise that older records are automatically archived or deleted.
What counts as an active user?
An active user is a Discord member who started at least one Clocky work session in that server during the preceding 30 days. A member can start another session without consuming a second active-user place.
Clocky enforces the plan limit when someone who was not active during that 30-day window tries to start a session. Existing active members can continue working without consuming another place.
Discord check-in/check-out tracking, personal history and statistics, privacy controls, and opt-in leaderboards are available on every plan. Paid tiers also include break tracking and completed-session correction for authorized managers.
Choosing a plan
Free
Use Free for a small server with no more than five rolling-30-day active users. It includes check-in, checkout, personal history and statistics, and a Top 10 leaderboard.
Premium
Premium unlocks the verified paid feature set for servers with up to 100 active users: break tracking, projects, manager correction of completed sessions with recorded history, dashboard analytics and export, and configurable server settings.
Pro
Pro has the same verified capabilities as Premium with unlimited active users and projects, higher command throughput, and a ten-year reporting-history window.
Lifetime
Lifetime is a one-time purchase with the same verified capabilities, unlimited active users and projects, and an unlimited reporting-history window.
How to subscribe
Server administrators can purchase and manage plans in the Clocky dashboard. Discord may also show native Premium App purchase options through /subscribe; the available native options depend on the products currently published in Discord.
Stripe and Discord billing are mutually exclusive for a server. Manage or cancel the current billing source before switching payment providers.
Plan changes
- Recurring plans can be managed from the dashboard or the billing provider used for the purchase.
- A downgrade reduces the reporting-history window and disables paid capabilities after the paid period ends.
- Clocky does not document automatic archival or restoration on downgrade.
