Managing a Subscription

Clocky supports Stripe billing in the web dashboard and native Discord Premium App billing for products currently published in Discord.

Billing options

Web dashboard: Select a server at dashboard.clockybot.com, open Subscription, and choose an available plan. Stripe processes the payment.
Discord: Run /subscribe and select one of the native products Discord displays. Discord processes the payment.

A server cannot use Stripe and Discord billing at the same time.

Paid plans include break tracking, projects, manager correction of completed sessions with recorded history, advanced dashboard analytics, CSV export, and configurable server settings. See the complete comparison.

Dashboard billing

Only a server administrator with permission to manage the server can start or change billing.

Open the Clocky dashboard.
Sign in with Discord and select the server.
Open Subscription.
Select a monthly, yearly, or one-time option that is available for the server's current billing state.

Recurring Stripe subscriptions can switch between Premium and Pro from the subscription page. The confirmation preview shows the provider-calculated billing adjustment before the change is submitted.

Discord billing

Run /subscribe in the server. Discord shows only the native products currently available to that server and account. Manage an existing Discord purchase in Discord's subscription settings.

Changing plans

Cancel recurring billing: Access continues according to the billing provider's displayed end date.
Switch Premium and Pro: Use the dashboard for a Stripe subscription. Discord currently exposes native Premium billing; manage or cancel that purchase in Discord before moving to a dashboard-only plan.
Purchase Lifetime: An active or grace-period recurring subscription must be managed first. The dashboard explains the required action for the current billing source.
Downgrade: Paid capabilities and the longer reporting-history window end when the paid entitlement ends.

Clocky does not promise that records outside a plan's reporting-history window are archived, restored after re-subscribing, or automatically deleted.

Troubleshooting

The dashboard says Discord billing is active

Manage or cancel the subscription in Discord before attempting Stripe checkout.

Checkout cannot start

Confirm that you have permission to manage the server and that another subscription or checkout is not already active. Then try again from the server's Subscription page.

I need billing help

Contact Clocky support and include the server ID and billing provider. Do not send card details or other payment credentials.
